TattooAI Studio offers monthly subscriptions giving access to a set number of credits for generating tattoo designs, as well as one-off purchases of additional credits.

The main features of the products (price, number of credits, duration) are shown on the Site's pricing page.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; the price shown when the order is placed is the only one applicable to the buyer.

3.1. Placing an order

To place an order, select a subscription plan or credits, then pay through the secure Stripe payment platform.

3.2. Payment

Payment is made by bank card through the secure Stripe platform. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Payment is due immediately when you subscribe or buy credits.

For subscriptions, the amount is charged automatically every month on the same date, unless you cancel.

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from subscribing or buying credits to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving reasons or paying any penalty.

Exception: in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content (credits) already fully supplied with your express consent and waiver of your right of withdrawal.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.

6.1. Duration and renewal

Subscriptions are taken out for one month and renew automatically every month unless you cancel.

6.2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your user space or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to the service until then.

On cancellation, unused credits are lost and are not refunded.

Purchased credits are valid as long as your account is active. If a subscription is cancelled, the remaining credits are reset to zero.

Credits are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another account.
