These terms of use (the "Terms") govern the use of the TattooAI Studio website (the "Site"), available at tattooai.fr.

Using the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose

The TattooAI Studio Site offers a platform for generating tattoo designs with artificial intelligence, as well as preview and customization tools.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. They may be changed at any time, and your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

3. User account

To use some services of the Site, you must create a user account and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the service

4.1. Permitted use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you must not:

  • Use the Site for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties
  • Send offensive, defamatory, obscene or illegal content

5. Intellectual property

The Site and all its content (text, images, logos, graphics, etc.) are the exclusive property of TattooAI Studio or its partners and are protected by French and international intellectual property law.

AI-generated designs are provided for guidance only. TattooAI Studio does not guarantee the originality of generated designs and cannot be held liable if they resemble existing designs.

You keep the rights to the creations you generate with the Site, subject to respecting the rights of third parties.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep the Site available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation given the nature of the Internet. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to the Site for maintenance, updates or any other reason.

7. Liability

TattooAI Studio cannot be held liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Site
  • Service interruptions, bugs, errors or omissions
  • Loss of data or content
  • Any use made of the designs generated by the user

The user is solely responsible for their use of the Site and the content they generate.

8. Changes to the Terms

TattooAI Studio reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the Site. We recommend checking this page regularly.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Thionville.
